Someone with gamertag “thegayergamer” has been banned from xbox live for their “offensive” tag. Now, I understand that the guy or gal with the tag is obviously asking for trash talk from other players with a gamertag like that, but I don’t see how it’s offensive. One must wonder what kind of slope this could lead too, I mean anyone could find anything offensive. Would the “offending player then be banned? Xbox support said the same response would be given to a tag such as “Straightgamer”. I feel a test coming on…

Rumors have surfaced about the upcoming playstation trophies, the “answer” to 360’s own system of acheivements for Playstation 3. Look for firmware 2.4 which may have the update to include the trophies but only as part of the XMB rather than what has been shown as 3-D trophies in Home. Also included in fw 2.4 is improved audio and video communication….could it be the highly exhalted in-game XMB is finally upon us? Don’t hold your breath playstation fans, this is all stemming from a “ps3insider” on a forum.
New information and an audio clip have now started hints that Metal gear 4 will not the final game in the series. Will Snake continue on after all? Will someone else step up in his place? I don’t really see Otacon becoming a super spy anytime soon…. More info after the link
