Apple Has Been Angered

Recently, new products in Apple.com have been getting copied unceasingly and it seriously influences Apple’s interests and occurs misleading to its consumers. Considering of protecting its own benefits, Apple.com gets to fight against some local companies of the U.S. In this August, Apple.com sued Brilliant Store.com with its relative websites http://www.brilliantstore.com/ and http://www.dekcell.com, for piracy on Brilliantstore’s products including Macbook adapters and several piracy-suspected batteries. In this case, adapters provided by Brilliant Store.com adopt the interface designation from Apple.com which are compatible to Apple’s adapters. However, Apple.com has applied patent already for this adapter as early as 2003. Supposing Apple.com entangles on the piracy, Brilliant Store would get into big trouble. Fortunately, all products in Brilliant Store have been labeled with Dekcell and indicate as “Compatible Adapter”, causing little customers to take it for Original product. Report still has it that another company named Sunvalleytek Intl. was sued too. And what makes things even worse for it was that the company marked “Original”. After our investigation that the two companies and Apple’s lawsuit is not over. It has lasted more than two months. To this end, the two companies have been charged adjusted the descriptions of the Apple products.

In September, Apple has sued another company called Eforcity.com. Do not know who will be the next charged by Apple.
